To bring each inhabitant of the Congo Basin, especially young people, to appropriate the issues of the environment and climate change, as well as the vision of REBAC.

• To reflect, in the light of the Social Doctrine of the Church, in particular the Encyclical “Laudato Si”, on the contribution of the Catholic Church, especially that of Africa, to the preservation and restoration of the Congo Basin.
• Define concrete actions to achieve the vision of REBAC
• Acting on governments and international institutions to commit themselves to designing and implementing policies compatible with the preservation and conservation of the Congo Basin ecosystems.
• Encourage the creation and strengthening of civil society organizations and local communities to commit themselves to the preservation and conservation of Congo Basin ecosystems.
