The necessity for the Church to better organize a charity in the service of the mission is already felt with the nascent Church. (Act ….).

It will be confirmed with the structuring of the social doctrine of the Church whose fundamental:

• • “The whole Christian people are called not only to acts of charity but to the reconstruction of society, a task that clearly goes beyond the domain of private piety or the personal exercise of works of bodily mercy”.
